Wainwright Challenge: May 31st - 7 Wainwrights

** Each Small Group will run with a minimum of 3 participants. If the minimum has not been met 24 hours before the hike, we will reach out and refund, reschedule or make alternate arrangements.

What to expect

We'll link together 7 Wainwrights around Hartsop, taking in a fantastic mix of high mountain terrain, ridges and summits. Expect plenty of ascent and descent, with some steeper sections along the way and brilliant views towards Fairfield, the Helvellyn range and the surrounding valleys.

This is a full day in the mountains and will require a good level of fitness, but the route is incredibly rewarding. We'll keep a steady pace, with time for breaks, photos and, of course, ticking off seven Wainwrights along the way.

Absolutely! 90% of our participants are solo hikers and adventurers. We pride ourselves on getting together like minded folk to create laughs, memories, and friendships! So there's no need to feel worried about your first experience, or indeed trying a new type of outdoor activity, with us.

For each hike we calculate a suitable time based on the distance and terrain. We do our very best to accommodate the speed of the group we are leading, whilst providing the encouragement needed to complete the challenge.
