** Each Small Group will run with a minimum of 3 participants. If the minimum has not been met 24 hours before the hike, we will reach out and refund, reschedule or make alternate arrangements.

What to expect

This route links together 7 Wainwrights around the Whinlatter and Embleton valleys, taking in Graystones, Ling Fell, Sale Fell, Broom Fell, Lord's Seat, Barf and Whinlatter. Expect a varied day with a mixture of open fell, woodland tracks, steady climbs and some fantastic views across the northern Lake District.

It's a great route for anyone looking to tick off several Wainwrights while exploring a quieter side of the Lake District.

Absolutely! 90% of our participants are solo hikers and adventurers. We pride ourselves on getting together like minded folk to create laughs, memories, and friendships! So there's no need to feel worried about your first experience, or indeed trying a new type of outdoor activity, with us.

For each hike we calculate a suitable time based on the distance and terrain. We do our very best to accommodate the speed of the group we are leading, whilst providing the encouragement needed to complete the challenge.
