What to expect:

Join us for an exhilarating 12-mile guided group hike starting from the Masonic Car Park in Portland, where we'll set off on an unforgettable adventure across Portland's most scenic trails. From the car park, we'll begin by winding along the island's rugged coastline, taking in panoramic views over Chesil Beach and the sparkling English Channel. We will also be exploring the famous Portland Bill, with its iconic lighthouse! This hike is designed to reveal the natural and historical wonders of Portland, with highlights like the stunning West Cliff path and Tout Quarry Sculpture Park, where unique stone carvings blend seamlessly into the landscape.

Along the way, we'll explore hidden trails and uncover Portland's rich heritage, from ancient quarries to historic sites like The Verne, a 19th-century fortress built right into the hillside. As we loop back, you'll have the chance to soak in Portland's unparalleled coastal beauty while sharing the experience with fellow outdoor enthusiasts. Perfect for all levels of hikers, this guided journey promises incredible scenery, fresh air, and the best of Portland's wild beauty!

The Tour De Portland is suitable for beginners and should take around 5-6 hours to complete. This is a low level route with a mix of rocky terrain, grassy paths, with ascents/descents. If you have any medical conditions, please let us know beforehand.
