** Each Small Group will run with a minimum of 3 participants. If the minimum has not been met 24 hours before the hike, we will reach out and refund, reschedule or make alternate arrangements.

What to expect

We'll set off early while it's still dark, making our way up towards Nab Scar by headtorch as the first light begins to appear. The climb is steady but manageable, with plenty of time to take in the changing colours of the sky as we get higher.

Once at the top, we'll find a good spot to watch the sunrise over the surrounding fells and Rydal Water. After enjoying the views, we'll head back down together, finishing the morning with a rewarding Lake District adventure.

Absolutely! 90% of our participants are solo hikers and adventurers. We pride ourselves on getting together like minded folk to create laughs, memories, and friendships! So there's no need to feel worried about your first experience, or indeed trying a new type of outdoor activity, with us.

For each hike we calculate a suitable time based on the distance and terrain. We do our very best to accommodate the speed of the group we are leading, whilst providing the encouragement needed to complete the challenge.
