Each Group will run with a minimum of 3 participants. If the minimum has not been met 24 hours before the hike, we will reach out and refund, reschedule or make alternate arrangements.

The Matlock circular is suitable for beginners and should take around 5-6 hours to complete. The Matlock Circular is a low level route with a mix of rocky terrain, grassy paths, with ascents/descents. If you have any medical conditions, please let us know beforehand.

Absolutely! 90% of our participants are solo hikers and adventurers. We pride ourselves on getting together like minded folk to create laughs, memories, and friendships! So there's no need to feel worried about your first experience, or indeed trying a new type of outdoor activity, with us.

IS THERE A TIME LIMIT?
We recommend 5-6 hours, which is adequate for the majority of participants. We do our very best to accommodate the speed of the group we are leading, whilst providing the encouragement needed to complete the challenge.

TOILETS?
There are no toilets at the meeting point.
