What to expect

Join us for a guided golden hour hike up Blencathra, one of the most iconic peaks in the Lake District National Park. As the day fades, we'll ascend via scenic ridgelines and quiet paths, watching the landscape transform in the warm light of sunset.

From the summit, sweeping views of rolling fells and distant lakes open up as the sky shifts through gold, amber, and deep violet, an unforgettable moment at one of the Lake District's most dramatic vantage points. This experience is designed for those who want to slow down, take in the landscape, and witness Blencathra at its most atmospheric.

Absolutely! 90% of our participants are solo hikers and adventurers. We pride ourselves on getting together like minded folk to create laughs, memories, and friendships! So there's no need to feel worried about your first experience, or indeed trying a new type of outdoor activity, with us.

For each hike we calculate a suitable time based on the distance and terrain. We do our very best to accommodate the speed of the group we are leading, whilst providing the encouragement needed to complete the challenge.
